    Account Manager AKA Marketing Consultant (what we call it)

    Caffeine Marketing serves software-based clients by planning and executing profitable marketing campaigns. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Consultant who can produce quality campaigns and continue taking Caffeine Marketing and our clients to the next level. This role will work with clients weekly, helping them define their goals, build their strategies, and ensure that all project tasks are completed on time, under budget, and done with excellence. Marketing Consultants are often the “face” of Caffeine Marketing for our customers. They are also well-practiced in all things digital marketing and can think quickly when answering clients’ questions about campaigns and projects. The candidate must be highly organized, proficient in managing a large volume of accounts, and able to balance multiple projects simultaneously.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    OWN AND IMPLEMENT CLIENT CAMPAIGNS. The Marketing Consultant is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of client marketing initiatives across digital channels. The main objective is to keep client campaigns on track and on budget while facilitating seamless communication internally and externally.

    MONITOR, ANALYZE, AND OPTIMIZE. The Marketing Consultant is expected to analyze client marketing initiatives continuously. They are responsible for optimizing website performance, strategizing and creating lead-generating campaigns, managing paid advertising, assisting in SEO, and more.

    STRATEGIZE AND BE A PARTNER. As the primary point of contact for clients, the Marketing Consultant is expected to be a strategic partner for current, future, and new marketing campaigns. Their goal is to build partnerships through trust and reliability with Caffeine Marketing’s clients.

    HAS A “TEAM FIRST” MENTALITY. The Marketing Consultant works inter-connectedly across departments to complete marketing initiatives. They will also participate in any internal marketing activities as needed.

    CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT. The digital marketing industry moves very fast; therefore it’s critical that the Marketing Consultant is obsessed with learning and interested in regularly improving their skills. Areas of focus may include website performance trends, lead generation strategies, client communication, agency trends, best practices, and new and emerging digital marketing trends.

    Your Skills:

    2+ years of experience managing clients or similar experience.

    2+ years of marketing experience, either in a previous agency or in a marketing department, a robust experience working with design, dev, and content teams.

    2+ years of experience strategizing and implementing digital marketing strategies to grow businesses.

    You have the ability to turn the client’s goals and our own user research into messaging and building marketing plans.

    You have hands-on experience utilizing the marketing tech stack: WordPress or Squarespace, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.

    You have strong analytical skills and an ability to create valuable reports to drive KPIs (via. Google analytics, HubSpot, and other sources), interpret what the data means, and recommend what actions to take for continuous improvement.
